you probably need an idea which needs some setup effort but minimum maintainance effort... Coaching classes will need your effort on an ongoing basis.... a website like gumtree, ebay, shpock, craigs list - you put in effort once, invite people to participate and sit back.... I am not saying necessarily copy these websites, all I am saying is think of something that does not need ongoing attention.
