ICICI Lombart deals directly with the hospital only incase of hospitalizations. If there is no hospitalization then you need to pay out of pocket first and then get reimbursed later. Reimbursement is pretty tough. They ask for 10,000 different forms/ letters etc etc. My advice - go with a US based company.
