Well, I do not know the exact recipe... but here are some general guidelines,

1. Wash bhindi and dry completely
2. Fry bhindi, lightly or extra crisp... your choice
3. Do the usual onion/tomato/masala base
4. Mix in some curds and make a smooth paste
5. Add the bhindi
6. Let cook for some time
7. Enjoy

this is the recipe i follow as well. trick is to fry behndi and mix it with curry.
