Breakfast : Bagel ya to cereal, usually Oatmeal.
Between lunch and breakfast fistful of desi nashta like bhakarvadi ya haldiram ka packet

Lunch jo bhi ghar se milta hai.

Every friday ko eat out with office gang.
Togo's usually humus sandwich or Daphane Greek cafe me se falefal.

Diner jo bhi ghar me banta hai!

Weekend me one day Dominoe ya to Mexican ya phir idli dosa

Okay here is my daily food routine

Morning
Wake up, brush teeth, two big glasses water, then a cup of black cofee (instant cofee with water only, no sugar, no milk)
Then meeting with the Big John and shower
Then milk (2% fat) with Cereal in a medium sized bowl

Lunch:
I carry lunch from home. Usually its what we cooked the night before.
Sometimes I will go to office cafetaria and eat Pasta or a sandwich

Evening: A cup of black coffee again. Maybe with a couple of Glucose (Parle -G) biscuits. Again no milk or sugar in coffee.

Dinner:
Whatever desi stuff Shama prepares with chapati and sometimes with rice.

Sometimes we make Pasta at home. Sometimes just noodles. Sometimes just stir fried veggies with Garlic bread.

That's it.

If we do eat out then its Italian food first and next choice is Thai and Chinese. Dont like Mexican food too much.

breakfast- two slices of bread and tea.

lunch- fruit only with a can of diet coke. sometimes crisps and occasionally a small bar of chocolate.

dinner- full gujarati dinner- roti, dal, rice, subji, etc. for variety we have things like pav bhaji, idli sambhar, masala dhosa, twice a week.

2 apples for lunch.

well for me: when mum is not awake in morning (7ish) i eat cereal otherwise she cooks eggs,bread with tea
lunch/dinner (if at home) chapati and some sabzi/vegetable/daal/chicken.
(if outside, lunch usually) sometimes chinese,sandwiches.
sometime me and ma friends go out we go to pub (i dont drink )then we go to chinese/mexican/whatever! only go out after few weeks!
u all forgot about snacks? i eat crisps etc!

Logo ki ye breakfast ki adate sunkar muze sharam aa rahi hai Itna kam kaise kha sakte hai log ?

My routine is like this :

Breakfast:
-------------
1 cup of milk with 2 marie biscuites at around 6.30 am
4 slices of wheat bread and 2 egg whites at around 9.30 am (bich me 1.30 hrs workout hai isliye itna khana hi padta hai)


Lunch
---------

Sabzi, 1 roti, Rice-Dal, Fruit, buttermilk/dahi (at around 1 pm)

one tea at 3.30 pm

At around 5.30 pm I have light snacks like (poha, s/w etc)

And at 9 pm dinner ( 1.5 rotis with green sabzi like palak, methi or salad)

And looooooooots of water whole day.

Abhi mereku samaz main aaya ki India main baki log bhhuke kyo rahate hai..

tu eak din main itna khata hai aur vaha adami log eak time khane ke liye tadap rahe hai.
