All speculation.
But cultural system is almost similar, we are both equally casteist and south indian are more religious that north Indians, Not every tribe invaded, some are decendent of greeks, Seleucus nicator, His daughter was queen of chandragupta maurya, Jat tribe originally scythian sneaked in at the end of Kushan Era,
It was lower people who were casteist, elite never had caste even at the time of Mahabharat where almost every character was result of inter marriage

Speculation:-
Brahmins must have gone to south and would have done missionary work in south and later assimilated in local culture as majority of south Indian Brahmins look like North Indians, they follow same gothras even plus their appearance is similar

I dunno about the missionary work ... but this gothram system is total crap. What's the meaning of saying you descended from some sage (a mythical figure at that, not historical) who supposedly lived two thousand years ago and then saying you shouldn't marry in same gothram because it's like incest. Big joke. And even if it can be established that you have a common, historical person as ancestor who lived two thousand years ago, the blood lines are so thinned that it can no longer be considered as incest. That's 80 iffing generations.

It may be wrong but culturally it is impossible in our Jat society, for example Mine is Gandhar gotra that means all Jats of Gandhar gothra originated from Gandhar city, now in Afghanistan and probably had common ancestor, so once you have same gothra it is impossible to marry. even in vedic times, inter caste was allowed, Maharaj Yayati married Sharmishtha(daughter of shukracharya, bhardwaj gotra) and vrisparva (daughter of Rakshas) but with in gotra wasn't allowed

Individual learns faster than society because individual learning is institutionalised where as Society learns from bad experience, Half of europe was wiped out because of black plague hence they talk about hygiene. we talk about unity and nationalism because we were beaten again and again like jews. Secondly good or bad is decided by society, if tomorrow society discards gothra system then there will not be need of any law. Society made Sati system and then realised and changed it to opposite direction. Individual learns much faster than society, society takes decades to learn simple thing, Now LGBTs are mistreated by people in India, who knows after twenty odd years it becomes norm here,

I believe whatever society does is right at that particular period of time, after that it becomes entirely opposite, everything is function of space and time, in past space and time, it was good and in future space and time it would turn entirely bad, so let the society evolve itself and at most what court has done is correct that is decriminalizing sagothra marriage and LGBT's existence in indian society

zinta is intelligent but has a masculine streak.

anushka - i dont like her. she keeps laughing all the time unnecessarily which is typical of most of the girls and a total turn off. on that kjo show she tried to show herself being 'smart' but failed miserably. most of srk's female admirers are dumb and she is a big fan of him. the likes of piggy chops are exceptions.

u may dislike a singer but u cant just have a blanket call for all of his/her songs. there r many more aspects to a song that just the singer. kumar sanu has sung quite a few beautiful songs.

'madhosh dil ki dhadkan'
'jab koi baat bigad jaye'
'aey kaash ke hum'
