Re: Yin-Yang identification thread

Well if it is still difficult to understand..

Yang= Go to the kitchen and make nice gajar halwa with lots of ghee and milk and reasonable sugar.. yummy.

Yin=Go to dhurru's house and kick him hard on his goti.. nuts.. gonads.. knock out spot..

Now try to mix yin and yang.. it will mix.. but one mans ying is another woman's yang.. or one mans ting or tang, it is yang.

So while yin and yang do mix in a metaphorical sense, they do not mix in the physical sense unless you eat that halwa before administering the kick.. in which case it is ying ying for dhurru and yang yang for the kicker.. i.e you.

So, both good and evil are necessary, are inherently interspersed (a la fractal format) and nature/cosmos/God will act in a way to insure that this criterion is satisfied.

Even in male female genitalia one can see Ying Yang interspersed...if one assigns Ying to "inward projection/hollowness/recess", and Yang to "outward projection/solid protrusion"...then one may reason that penis (Yang) has hollowness (Ying) in it making it an example of Ying within Yang.

By now, the thought must be nagging you...what about Yang (solid protrusion equivalent) in Ying (female genitalia)? That is left as an exercise for the reader

This makes the act of sex, of penis inserted into vagina, as one manifestation of Ying-Yang symbol.

Thanks but you know, it is a bit of C2H5OH in the bloodstream that gives rise to such thought processes.

Re: Yin-Yang identification thread

Liberals and Conservatives.

You have to have both to balance out each other in an ideal society. That's why US is so successful because it is almost equally divided between the two groups.

Wonderful example, allow me to elaborate...

Say Liberals are Yin and Conservatives are Yang...but then Liberals are conservative with a few Liberal ideals whereas Conservative are liberal with few conservative ideals

Re: Yin-Yang identification thread

The wise sage Dhurao Tzu observes.....

Success and Failure can also be explained using Yin-Yang model....failure results from success (too much success is a recipe for a major failure) and success results from failure (as they say failures are stepping stones to success). I have known people who succeeded so often that they took things for granted...only to face the abyss of bitter failure

Re: Yin-Yang identification thread

In my 4+ decades on this planet, it took this thread for me to know what this Yin Yang is. Otherwise, that symbol to me was Korea's emblem plus this sticker

But, i show the YY symbol to my 3 YO and pat comes the reply, 'Yin Yang'.
