Re: What was the purpose of this particular man's life on earth?

what isis is doing to non-sunni muslims and non-muslims is what our forefathers had to bear from 1000AD. I salute them for having to endure the terror of muslims and staying Hindu.
BTW i do not see any liberal saying any thing on isis, is it because even they do not want to face the real face of islam??????

Bahut achchey... your khoon khoon... and my khoon paani

All your knowledge is based on books written thousands of years back... with the brain-level of that time. Basically primitive... sound-good, feel-good theories... that can neither be proved nor be satisfactory in this new age.

My theory is based on latest scientific facts... and ideas. It is a sound theory... and completely satisfies all aspects of life. Please, junk this +ve and -ve storage of values... this is maybe useful as a battery but has no other practical usage.

And if you still do not agree with me then... tell us how this knowledge of yours has helped you in your everyday life? You are stating thoughts guide your +ve and -ve storage... and all you do on echarcha is have -ve thoughts about Jaganmohana pai and your ex-pal Ashdukhe pai. To prove your theory, why don't you start writing +ve things about these two echans for a change

Re: What was the purpose of this particular man's life on earth?

Please do not think about purpose . Many a people spend their whole life thinking about purpose when all that time they can enjoy the vast worldly pleasures over their lifetime .

We have the opportunity to enjoy the beauty of the universe for whatever little time we have . And we spend thinking about karma, judge about how other peoples sins will catch up with them, behead etc .

Enjoy life until we die .

Yes as per Gita , or any other scriptures that believe in 'Soul-Consciousness" , it is a cycle. This whole life is a cycle. And we are born and reborn again and again . To break this cycle and go back to Parlok is what Moksha is . And Moksha ain't easy sweetheart.

It's like that coveted club where very few can get entry. That's why in my belief , all the Gods are just pure souls..... Now, going to Badri's question, my knowledge comes from various sources.

1. Gita
2. Jain Philosophy
3. Brahma Kumaris
4. Dada Bhagwan
5. Partly Kuran
6. Partly Bible

5 & 6 is minus re-incarnation. Other soul theories can still apply and also the monolithic concept of God.

So this is not religion but a theory which explains to me everything that happens in world and I can live off this theory.

Some finer points of this theory

There is only one God . He is the highest of souls. He has no name , no form , no shape and no he is not blue like shown in Amar Chitra Katha.

All other 'Gods' like Krishna, Ram, Jesus , Mahavir , Budha are pure souls . They are the ones that have attained Mokhsa.

We on other hand are going to live this cycle of life again and again untill we attain Mokhsa.
Moksha does not contradict the concept of reincarnation , it defines the reason for reincarnation. You will be reincarnated until you attain Moksha......

You need to understand there are two thing happening here when you are living your life on earth. You are repaying the dbt but you are also collecting good and bad karma s. It is a continues process. So let's say you are in process of paying down you mortgage and then you buy a car. So now you have a new loan. What happens when you pay down your mortgage ? Well, you have already accumulated new loan so now you need to pay that down too right ?

So you have to remember that while you are repaying your debt ( You lost your job . Someone stole your car . Someone cheated you ) you need to make sure you do not collect negative Karmas ( He fired me , I am going to screw him. He cheated me , I am going to hurt him ) otherwise you will be now indebted with other repayment.

But also remember negative karmas are not collected by your actions ( Someone cheated me , I will file a police report . I lost my job , I need to look for another job ) but they are collected by your thoughts and intentions.

So when Arjun was killing his relatives in the war, he did not get -ve karmas because it was his Dharma ( Duty ) to fight . But Duryodhan did becasue his intention was to kill Pandavas to get the kingdom.

It is complicated but for some reason, I am enlightened now......

and Yes I will provide this knowledge over phone if you are seriously disturbed and no you don have to sleep with me . I just joke around. I am not that kind of person ( _ve karma remember ? ) .

Jai Dirty Baba
Adding to this philosophy :

Mind is a great deceptive entity. Human being is given mind to think and rationalise. Mind in a human being is a tiny unit of whole universal mind. That way, we all are connected to one universal mind. This Universal mind is also called Kaal in hindi. The duty of Kaal is to keep this physical world running, he is the in charge of this physical world. In other words, its main duty is to keep the souls trapped into this physical world, so the world keeps on operating. Kaal is very very very very powerful, much powerful then what we can think ( and we think from Mind; a unit of Kaal itself ).

In order to keep physical world operating, Kaal has to make this world full of bad and good people at the same time so that these positive and negative forces keep on fighting with themselves and thus this world live on. There will never be a point where world is full of only Good people or Only Bad people, because this will defeat the very purpose of existence of physical realm. If everyone is happy and good, people are enlightened, so nobody will have any desire to stay in this physical world. Therefore, this world has to be full of misery & bad people. Kaal performs his duty very well by the law of karma and keep souls trapped. Souls take birth, do some karma, die and then again takes birth and this goes on forever.

Kaal is not bad. The powers to Kaal has been given by the Lord itself. If Kaal is in-charges, Lord is the CEO of the all the worlds. This grand drama is being orchestrated by the Lord himself. He has no physical identity, no form, no voice and can never be Fully understood by mind of human being.

Souls keep on playing their parts given by Kaal; collecting good and bad karmas and return back to this physical world to repay karmas and during this collect more. So it becomes endless chain.

Souls are nothing but a form of Lord himself. Lord is a universal soul and we are a part of Him in absolute form. It is like we are drops of a tide from an Ocean and ultimately we have to merge back in the ocean itself like a tide; thus loosing our identity.

Since soul is a form of Lord in its absolute form, it always gets pull or yearning for Lord. It tries to get back to its original source. But since it is trapped within mind and thinks with mind only, Kaal plays its tricks.... It keeps soul trapped within the logics, rationalisation, cause and effect (All such scientific fundas). We apply our highest intellectual thinking power and declare there is no such Lord, no soul, because there is no evidence in our meaning. We ask for evidence... Physical evidence... Our 'Mind' ask for. We can not go beyond Mind power.

Time to time, there come enlightened souls in this world who try to explain the real identity of our soul and the nature of this world and encourage us to ponder on this. We call them Guru (And this is where many Cons play the role, doesn't matter, Cons are in every field). Souls who have played its role in this world or are matured enough being on a particular conscious level become their followers and do the guided meditation and get off Kaal's cage.

Souls which are still not at a particular conscious level; reject this line of philosophy and keeps on playing their roles in this world. But ultimately, they also will find this route in their evolving life.

The ultimate quest of "Who we are " , "What is our purpose of life", " Why we are here on this world".... indicates the yearning of our souls to our ultimate source. Those whose yearning is strong; ultimately find one path to the source sooner or later. A Guru will come when the seeker is ready. A living Guru only guides us. Real guru is inside.

Nature of this Kaal can only be understood when one goes beyond its realm. Beyond Mind. Only through meditation. Meditating focussing inside ;keeping attention inwards and upwards, getting touch with ultimate light...... The more you progress in meditation, the more you get clearer to all such quest and nature of this physical world......

And for all those scientific minds, please reply : What is That which makes one body alive and which is missing in a dead body ? Your science ends here.

Quantum physics can act as bridge between Science and Spirituality....

Enough Satsang. Sorry for this long post. Don't ask for any evidence. ...find yourself.

Moderators can move this to new thread if they feel right.

Nice and very interesting post, Ungirlsaprad pai Written in a way that simple minds like me can understand. Kudos to you.

So it is more like Kaal is the CEO and God is the President. God just sits and enjoys... drinking wine and watching beautiful apsaras dancing. While Kaal does all the heavy-duty work and ensures that world keeps going. Are you talking about just this world... or all other worlds in the universe? If just this world then are there other CEOs for other worlds? And if there are, do they plan takeovers of other worlds

Agree ... yes, form helps when you meditate/yoga on strengths of a particular higher entity or being.

On other hand go to any idol of Krishna and start banging you head against it's feet. Keep doing it and ask you Lord Krishna to come and rescue you. The chances are Paramedics will arrive before your God. So really God is so slow or he does not care .........

Nothing to argue ...

Truth is God does not appear in any form. He has designed a system of Karma and that runs the world. God does not show up at functions like your Indian politician for photo op.

Beg to disagree because you are contradicting yourself from earlier posts ... karma is human invention to keep world a bit more orderly ... you wrote so yourself.

When was the last time you witnessed a miracle . I have not in this life time. I have witnessed a feeling of miracle.

This is where it gets weird for me ... I have enough reasons and proofs to not believe in existence of God nor law of Karma ... BUT I am forced to believe in miracles because I have been privy to enough of them co-incidences to never deny that "there is something out there" ... so I entered into study of metaphysical aspects of it all and I found my answers. Yes, there is something out there ...

Refer him to me if you ever happen to meet this lazy bugger Karma? I have a long list of people fucker has missed.

Yes and no. Winners learned the truth long time back ... there is no God nor such thing as Law of Karma. Poor do lanat phatkar because they believe and helpless.

There are many worlds. Many people try to venture into those worlds through meditation/OBE though not advised by Sant/Gurus. This could be very dangerous as we are not meant to be there. People discuss their experiences in many online spiritual forums. They do all such crazy things out there; witnessing demons, having sex with unknown identities, getting trapped into any evil force, getting hijacked by dark forces out there; and even trying to have soul sex.

For your heartbeat remark, read this :
---------------------------------------------

One day the Master asked, “What, in your opinion,
is the most important of all religious questions?”

He got many answers:

“Does God exist?”

“Who is God?”

“What is the path to God?”

“Is there a life after death?”

“No,” said the Master. “The most
important question is: ‘Who am I?’”

The disciples got some idea of what he was hinting
at when they overheard him talking to a preacher:

Master: “So then, according to you, when
you die your soul will be in heaven?”

Preacher: “Yes.”

Master: “And your body will be in the grave?”

Preacher: “Yes.”

Master: “And where, may I ask, will you be?”

Agreed. There is no form. Some says he is Light, Some says he is Sound. That is why this path is called path of light and sound.

But just to refer Lord, we have to call it by "He" or "She". We shouldn't be too much focussed into these words.

Re: What was the purpose of this particular man's life on earth?

I cannot quote Badri because he is replying in my quotes.......

But we kinda agree and disagree..... Disagreement is existence of laws of Karma.........

So there is no such thing is Karma but just pure coincidence ...

Maybe we are talking about same thing but different names....

Here is one more theory called Scientific Circumstantial evidence ...

Quote:
Yes, but if God made this world, then why did he make it full of worries? If he is guilty of creating such miseries then, we should have him arrested. In reality God is not guilty. The people of the world have made him the culprit by calling him the "creator" of this world. In reality, God is not the creator of this world at all. This is all Scientific Circumstantial Evidence. Therefore, all of this is a natural creation. In Gujarati, I call it Vyavasthit Shakti (Scientific Circumstantial Evidence). This is a very subtle fact.

Questioner : I do not understand this 'Scientific Circumstantial Evidence.'

Dadashri : Scientific Circumstantial Evidence is the basis for all this. Without it, not even a single parmanoo (atom) in this world can be altered. When you are about to sit down for dinner, do you know what you are going to be served? Even the person who prepares the food does not know what he or she will prepare tomorrow. Even the amount of food you are going to ingest is very precisely determined, all the way down to the atomic level. What is the source that brings all of this together and makes it all happen? It is a wonder! What is this meeting between you and me based upon? It is based solely upon Scientific Circumstantial Evidences. There are very subtle and incomprehensible causes behind this meeting.

Again there is no religion involved or facts but just a theory to keep your mind happy and elevated.....

Re: What was the purpose of this particular man's life on earth?

I think life is a giant group puzzle. No single person holds the key to the riddle, but all of us collectively do so. We have to play out our destinies as dictated by the universe as freewill is very limited or even non existent. Hence everything is an illusion aka Maya in Advaita.
