BitCoin may be technically secure and all that but in a real economic sense, I dont think it will succeed. It will have its 15 minutes of fame and go away like many other virtual currencies.

the block chain technology is being touted about by many big shots (and wanna be big shots) in my cyber coolie co. Has any one actually looked at what the online public ledger looks like.

Also, if it is a public ledger, how do black market transactions take place?
