those univs are junk! most reputed univ will need good GMAT/GRE scores for MBA/Engg admissions. i have seen people going to community colleges and claiming that they are doing full-time MS in engg. my ass! what the hell will you learn in a community college where there is no active research and faculty members are part-time lecturers!

Dirty, maybe you are talking about highly specialized courses like....Swaps/Securities for a person who is already done his masters and is working? If yes, you will have a high success rate. These highly specialized courses are in great demand amongst the executives and they do spend a lot of money upgrading to the latest skill's.
