Also, who is asking for laws to be changed? That ship left the port more than a decade ago. Guys are solving issue by not getting married. Simple. The amount of research done on sex toys is great. See www.realdolls.com and other such sites.

Massive moneys are being spent to create the artificial womb. Its a slow process. There are many things of the womb we do not know YET. But in 15 years, it will be a reality.

No one is asking laws to be changed, my dear. They are using technology to help themselves. No marriage - all problems solved. Simple!!!!
And massive money is being spent on research for conception without sperms and there was some success stories this month, let me see if I can find that news online.

You seem to have designed Apple's "Siri"

If i ask "Where is Qutab Minar", you are telling "Charminar is in Hyderabad".

What does men dying on battlefields have to do with right to revoke consent. There is no law which prevents you to revoke consent before marriage. At least you have not provided any evidence of that.
There could be some special cases where the girl is pregnant or the girl committs suicide like Nafisa Joseph and Jiah Khan.

sgars,

What are you saying? See this

http://www.rediff.com/news/2008/jan/12rape.htm

There is a man and woman, who agree to marry. They have sex. Then one party decides NOT to marry. This is the legal position -

a) If woman leaves guy, it is "right to withdraw consent"
b) If man leaves woman, "sex consent was given based on the promise. If promise was not met, sex consent was null and void, and hence rape"

There are hazaaar such cases , man

Re: Right to Revoke Consent? Your opinions

i think what he is trying to say is that a man-woman relationship is a sacred one, a permanent one. women can never express their sexual needs. they are created to bear children & only men have urges that requires satisfying & the monopoly should rest with men all alone .. theek hai?

now, is it wise of women if they quit marrying plans with this guy after having some fun? no, of course not, because ladies are not suppose to know other men - sexually or otherwise. he is the one & only she should know & he will be her pati parmeshwar for the rest of her life! women like men also want to know yaar whether the marital bed is going to be a cold battlefield or not? if there is going to be no love in the love making & if it's going to be just need based sex toh shaadi karne ka fayda kya? women are tired of this shit- either a shot of whisky or them for a good night's sleep, really? who sticks to generalities these days? i mean who wants an insensitive, selfish, cold boring insaan in their lives? sabko Arjun Rampal chahiye .. jus sayin'. women are becoming more & more demanding & Shring is not able to keep up with their demands, it may be exhausting ... hence, if a woman walks out of marriage plans after having sex it's fine but a man cannot, eh- is his problem hew: if given a chance, women can eat up a man, too & Shring is trying kabse to point that fact ... giving examples from all over the places that he doesn't want to feel used. ego ko dhakka lagta hai, na? IMHO no one should ever get that feeling of being used.

The link was a 'false promise to marry'. Had the guy ired a good lawyer and proved that he intended to marry but changed his mind, he could have got away.

Re: Right to Revoke Consent? Your opinions

No sgars,

That is not it. An ideal situation would be where both parties should have the right to revoke consent. If the woman does not like the guy, she should be able to walk out without obligation. If the man does not like a woman, he should be able to walk out without obligation. That seems fair and reasonable and equal.

Unfortunately, the woman's lobby has created a noise where they are sacred cows. If they want to breakup (say because they find a better partner), they use the "right to revoke consent" card. They say, "a woman is not your slave. Its her body. She can go with whoever she wishes." True, she can. No issues here.

The problem comes when a man tries to breakup (say for a more beautiful partner), the women feel that they are being cheated. He cannot do that. They claim it is rape. They were raped, because he withdrew his consent??

The issue is deeper here. When a woman has sex with a guy, she feels that she is doing him a favor. This much was admitted to me by a lot of women. Also, you can see it in society's attitude.

But, times are a changing. That is why we have sex tourism where guys go to Phillipines. Why would someone go to Phillipines to have sex? There are no women in US? If he is paying for sex in Phillipines, he cannot pay for women in US? The reason is simple - guys are fed up by Western women and their attitudes. That is why.

That is why guys are going in for sex dolls and sex robots. They are fed up with the unreasonable demands from women. Women have been trying to get these men to chase women by using "shame tactics", like calling them a loser who cannot get a real women, or a pervert, or to "man up". But what they fail to realize is that they are out competed and have out priced themselves. The fact is the a sex doll gives a lot more satisfaction than a woman. That much is proved again and again. That is why a guy who has enjoyed a sex doll does not want to ever enjoy a real woman again. Also, sex dolls do not make false rape accusations, 498a charges, harassment charges, etc.

This is now unstoppable. More and more guys are catching on. The collapse is happening before us.

people in this thread talk about people on different ends of the spectrum.

say it was a society where a rape victim was not stigmatised, single mothers were not looked upon as characterless, there wouldnt be a women's lobby claiming these things. for the field to be level, it really has to be level. so, many things you say are right - mainly in urban areas of the world, however that is because the things you say are problems are only symptoms. The real problems are that really men and women are not treated equals. In some areas men bear the brunt and in many areas women bear the brunt.

whats the solution though?

In most of the cases, especially if there is no sex involved, right to revoke consent is there. Like my cousin met a girl onlibe and wanted to marry her, but changed his mind at the end. her parents made a lot of noise and drama, but accepted it. The social norms even now, deter women from approacjing courts. No one else may marry them and in India even now, bring 30 plus single girl is like a stigma. The girl in 2008 case you mentioned would be raee. Actually 25 years back, guts got away in rap e cases citing ' bad character' of the girls.

Now , why do Americans ho to Philippines. It is because of Sane reason you would go to vegss

Re: Right to Revoke Consent? Your opinions

Sometime in 2012, the Costa Concordia started to sink. A ship larger than the Titanic, it was a disaster, repeating the disaster of Titanic in 1912, a 100 years before. There was a difference however. During the Titanic, it was women and children first to enter the lifeboats. In Costa Concordia, the men never made way for women, and tried to escape - each for themselves. You should read the howls by ladies magazines how men were all cowards. You can read them even now on the net.

But think - why should men give their lives for a woman? He has an equal right to live and enjoy life. And why should women feel that their life is so sacred and important that men should lay down their own lives to save those of women?

What is happening is that men are tired as a group. They are in effect telling women to go and take a jump. They are disengaging. We can argue and argue whether the laws are fair or not - but we cannot argue whether men are disengaging or not. The first is an opinion, the second a fact. Men are not marrying because of fear of 498a, false rape charges, etc. Slowly they are learning that life without women can be a great thing. You require less than a tenth of the money if you are single. And you have freedom too!!!

We are facing a situation where we are not having kids. A good case study is in Japan. Plz see this - http://www.businessinsider.in/One-of...w/49160976.cms. Also see similar topics on the net.

A Japanese man would work 14-16 hours a day. He would traditionally give his income to the wife and she would have him on a small 'beer allowance'. His life was pitts. Then women started shouting how they have been oppressed and had severe anti-men laws. The man, who had to slog and slog, was getting nothing back. The fem brigade continued despising even the little he got, Something had to snap. Today, several men in Japan detest sex. Those who like sex want it with dolls and not real women. A population cum economic implosion is taking place.

The same is happening in Europe. In Europe all the dirty jobs and dangerous jobs like gutter cleaning, grease melting, trucking, machining, were all done by men. Men were living 10 years lesser than women, were getting screwed in army and industrial accidents. And then they were told how they oppress women!! Something had to break and men are dropping out in Europe too.

You make one gender the villain and squeeze that gender - there is a limit to everything. Once disengagement starts, (and it has started) we can see an unstoppable path to eco-demographic collapse.

The traditional role of women in Japan has been defined as "three submissions": young women submit to their fathers; married women submit to their husbands, and elderly women submit to their sons.[29][30] Strains of this arrangement can be seen in contemporary Japan, where housewives are responsible for cooking, cleaning, and child-rearing, as well as balancing the household's finances.[16] Yet, as the number of dual-income households rises, women and men are sharing household chores, and research shows that this has led to increased satisfaction over households that divide labor in traditional ways.[31]
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Women_in_Japan

Inspite of all this if men prefer dolls then something is wrong psychologically with men in Japan.
From what I heard is Japanese women are very romantic and few of the best wives in the world.

Swami,

Yeah? Its also happening in US and Europe. Almost all men are talking about the crazy divorce laws. see this -http://www.huffingtonpost.in/entry/8-reasons-men-dont-want-t_b_3467778

I sell apples. I team up with other apple sellers to create a cartel. I cannot charge way too high though I have a monopoly. People move away, they disengage. The high oil price drove a search for substitutes.

Women have created the price so high, that men are no longer interested. Don't you see? Soon, in the next 2-3 years I expect some changes, some rationalization to the laws. But it will not stop the back trend. We are going slowly to extinction for lack of blood of the next generation. And Arabs are taking over.

When all is done and man looks back at history, he will wonder - how could these people be so stupid as to not reproduce? Especially when Arabs with their polygamy and reproduction factories are entering your land in such large numbers? How stupid. You can call the Middle Easterners backwards and all that. But they will survive due to their sexual prowess. You can call all the Gods in heaven to help you, but unless you reproduce, you are Doomed.

The schmuck and the stud

France and Germany have banned paternity testing,
https://www.ibdna.com/paternity-test...eld-in-france/

If a guy does a paternity test, he could face up to 1 year in jail and Eu 15000 fine. This is a law created under feminist pressure, "to preserve the sanctity of family". Several Frenchmen have done secret tests abroad (in Spain). Some data suggest that of those tested, 30% may not be the biological fathers. This is ONLY of the population who have done the tests and probably suspect foul play. Among the population in general, the percentage will be much lower (about 1 in 30). Feminists are trying to get the tests banned in other countries, calling paternity testing as violence against women. If this is not cruelty, what is?

What are men doing? Nothing political. But men are seeing a guy paying for kids not his, while the real father enjoys like a cuckoo. They do not want to be the schmuck (the guy who pays the bill), but want to be the stud (biological father). So they want to fuck, produce kids and let another pay for them. So they don't study and get a good job (and be a schmuck), but freak around, and try to get children like the cuckoo.

A similar thing happens in US, when a divorce leads to bankrupting the guy, but the wife enjoys with a boyfriend, with all her expenses paid for by the ex. She romps with her boyfriend in a house whose mortgage is paid by her ex. The next generation sees all that. No one wants to be the ex (schmuck), but everyone wants to be the stud (the boyfriend)

You have changed the reward system - and see what you got?

Got pulled into this half way. To Complete the second part, the oldest profession is illegal in almost all of Umrika (except some unpopulated parts of Nevada, which became famous thanks to Lamar Odom.) If US Men go to Philipines or Thailand, they can get away with it.

The thread was again on Revoking Consent for marriage. So, in the cases above didnt the cuckoo revoke his consent for a long term relation.

The alimony money could vary from case to case. Steve jobs was worth some 300 milion dollars but was obliged to pay only $300 or so a month for parental support. he obliged by paying $500.
