Well I am sorry Rakhiji, it was a long time ago I made this. I haven't boiled even a potato in recent times so I am not sure I can give you any pointers. Perhaps I should have put in more details when I wrote this 10 years ago. You can try Sanjeev Kapoors recipe here.

Hey, dont be sorry. You did whatever you could to help me out. To be honest with you, I had never been very successful in making anything Bengali.
