Just a tip.
While mixing besan for bhajji.. instead of water, use mattha.. i.e butter milk..
I needed fresh butter for some dish I was making so I whipped curd (freshly made at home) and got butter off it and the remaining was there which I gave kids partly to drink as "salty" butter milk (just a pinch of asefotedia (hing) + paste of curry leaves + black pepper in it) and had a bit left over.. so I made bhajiyaa out of it with that + besan.. it came out wowowowowoowowwow.
One hell of a difference it makes..
