Lightbulb Antarctica Frozen Wave Pixs - Nature is amazing!

Antarctica Frozen Wave Pixs - Nature is amazing!

The water froze the instant the wave broke through the ice. That's what it is like in Antarctica where it is the coldest weather in decades. Water freezes the instant it comes in contact with the air. The temperature of the
water is already some degrees below freezing.

Just look at how the wave froze in mid-air!!!

Just one pic here.. Rest are worth checking out here.

At -40 C, boiling water when thrown in the air turns to ice instantly:

Folks staying in MN or WI would have tried this during winter.

Here's a video apparently shot by some desi:

Bhaiyya chutiyatic news kaise believe karr liya...

If the temparature is so low why didn't the wave freeze before it rose? The the ocean supporting the wave and the wave itself are liquid before the wave frozed and within a split second both of them froze. Say, if only the wave froze and rest of the ocean was still liquid it should have drifted or broken down.

The picture in my opinion is a "Ice slide" (like land slide), in which a crack lead to on side of the ice subside below the other side, causing a cliff and the threads on the crest may be due to freezing of some melt water.
