Carrots are healthy. So if you like snacking, you don't have to feel guilty.

I would recommend a drug called Cinkara. Ye bechara kam ke bojh ka mara, isse chahiye hamdard ka tonic cinkara.

Re: Lazy bones

Try sleeping for at least 8 hours. this wont happen then. Soon you will realize it is more worthwhile than watching TV.

I don't need help getting up out and about - just the opportunity.

I think this might be the key, Kkaka pai... it is possible that you are sleeping too much and need to reduce. I sleep around 8.5 to 9 hours everyday... more on weekends. And I am sleepy all the time. I can sleep 2-3 hours in the afternoon... and then fall asleep right away by 10-11 at night... except Sundays. For some reason, an afternoon nap on Sunday means tossing and turning till late 2 - 3 at night.

I need to cut down on my sleep

Re: Lazy bones

Different things work for different people where sleep apnea is concerned. Some find that emptying bowels at night gives an extra hour of sleep, some find taking a shower before bed works, some find less liquid at night is the right thing, for some it is reciting the gayatri mantra 36 times when bedding down..

Trial and error will solve it for you.

Keep us informed about this. It is a common problem and sometime or other everyone will need a solution.
