Coconut Barfi
Easy and quick recipe for Coconut barfi
Ingredients: Coconut flakes, condensed milk, pistachios, cardamom powder, saffron. Method: Heat a skillet and pour a can of condensed milk, add coconut flakes, cardamom powder and mix well for 3-4 minutes on low to medium heat. Put this mix in a greased deep plate or shallow dish, put the pistachios and saffron on top. It’s commonly known as Kopra-paak,.. / Topara-paak,../ Nariyel ki barafi,...
Main ingredient Sugar toh bataya hi nahin hai,… any barfi mein 1/3+ toh sugar hi hoti hai,…. Take Mava instead of cond milk, and you don't need to steer and wait for ever, till all eveporates,.. YT has all videos,. Search box it,…..Don’t ever attempt on nay new item,...unless watching at least 5+ videos on YT,… or it will be lots of wastage of ghee, milk and almond/cashew/pista,.. etc Watch here first 5-7 video before attempting,… https://www.youtube.com/results?sear...opara+paak+%3F

^^ The one I made was using condensed milk, so avoided the jhanjhat of putting sugar and khoya. Pretty light and low sweetness.
