Any C++ gurus

I need help cleaning up a veryu simple c++ program which was written years earlier. Unfortunately , I do not have budget and time in my project to hire a consultant. If anyone can do this for me here , I would appericiate. Please PM me I will send you source code.
I can use Myndnet but no monnies involved in this sorry.
