Chatni

Chutney,a fresh or cooked relish from the cuisine of India is usually eaten in small amounts to add flavour to a meal.

Re: Chatni

Habanero/Garlic chutney

1 - 4 habaneros (as per your liking of spicy hotness)
3 - 4 cloves of garlic
Carrots or chickpeas as base (2 - 4 carrots or half a can of chickpeas)
extra virgin Olive oil - a tablespoon
white wine vinegar - a teaspoon
salt to taste

Roast the first 3 items and then grind everything to a fine paste. Use as a spread on your sandwiches or as a side to your Indian meal
