Re: Goat's brain.

I would not put any third-party meat-blood of any janaawar, into my body, as I know my body can churn fruits, vegetables and corn and have that ability and capability of making my own blood and meat,...

My lohi, maans, naas and peshi is capable of abstracting from vegs, fruits and corns,..no need to insert dirty meat, mutton and ghost of,.. suvvar, dukkar, bhund, pig, cow, goat, bhed-bakariyaan, machhi, crabs, sea-foods, chicken or any,.....

Murghee eats jeev-jantu, keeda mankoda, maankad-machar, vanda-kansaari, bugs, worm and what not,. and how could I eat that chicken leg or those crap,... ! I can't even imagine,..

" Jaisa aanna,.. Waisa Odkaar " !

Re: Goat's brain.

Why do some vegetarian show off by showing nonveg food as dirt and non vegetarian as dirty ? It's OK if u don't eat but atleast don't makes those funny faces.

Superiority Complex ? Read some of ashdoc's post where he gives reasons to be nonveg.

Re: Goat's brain.

Those who eat non-veg are getting their veggies and meat both when they eat non-veg food. Smart people .. Eat the one who eats veggies

Re: Goat's brain.

Bheja from Gosht-wale-chicha-ki-dukaan, kali-mirchi freshly ground but not too finely in Sumeet grinder's small attachment, a little oil, and that decades old chhoti kadhai. That's all.

With phulka. Not paratha, not naan.

yes, also giblets, gizzards I think are very high in cholesterol.

for those who don't know .. giblets and gizzards are the heart, liver, other internal organs of the animal.

No salt? That's just meat with red chili powder.

Re: Goat's brain.

I find the "salt to taste" weird to add.

====
The pictures posted have too much gravy? Some meat dishes need minimal non-meat in them...
