Is India next for this controversial alien registration business in USA?

Guys, what do you think of this alien registration laws by INS.. Isn't it they are going too far? I think this is just as another hidden agenda that Ashcroft & co have that they are implemening on the name of terror defense. rather than apprehending terrorists I think it will just screw the innocent.
They are adding different countries in phases... first ir was pakistan (kind of understandable). now they added bangladesh... and I think next will be India???? Is it justified?
might is right... how true!
