Thanks, that's what I thought but I assumed it was only done in Rambharose HH, and not by individuals. You really repurpose "used" tea?

And secondly, doesn't that dilute/weaken the taste of tea? Perhaps it depends on the kind of vessel you use

Haven't been to Pune since I was 10. It wasn't there at that time.

No, I don't "repurpose" used tea. It used to be used as chicken feed, but I don't keep chickens either.

I suppose you could try cooking tea in a pressure cooker - on high flame for 3 whistles - but I prefer the old fashioned way

I had an old fashioned tea kettle, which sounded more like a whistle than pressure cookers.
