Rakhijee, I dont know the recipe but I'm guessing it is very simple. You just need to put some sugar in the 'loi' (small rounds of dough; same way you put other stuffings)... you can add some saunf(fennel seeds) as well... cook it like regular paranthas. Have it with your favorite spicy achaar.

there was a song in movie Manoranjan...goyake chunanche....

goya ke is more popular word than chunanche though


okay this sunday I made those chinni ke parathe too... chits :curse: in advance cos that was a heavy brunch and spicey.

the pickle I told you is PIP pachranga brand. I have a picture too in my phone I ll upload later in the day.

amazing taste.. I had these after around one and half year or so... thanks for reminding this.

so chitsee wont find it difficult to locate it in walmart. There are hundreds of flavours in pachranga brand. Stuffed peppers have three kinds.

Chunaanche: however
yeah it is the same recipe... prepare dough like u do for aloo paratha... for filling use sugar instead of aloo mixture..and cook them like aloo paratha...
